Pierson currently holds his Series 65 registration as well as his life and health insurance license. Pierson grew up in Manhattan, Kansas, and is a proud Kansas State Wildcat fan. He attended K-State and played five years of college basketball, earning a Big 12 title and Elite Eight run in consecutive years. As an undergraduate student, Pierson earned a dual major in accounting and finance and graduated magna cum laude. He went on to get his master’s in accountancy (MAcc) while finishing his basketball career. During his time as a student-athlete, Pierson was elected as the President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) for three consecutive years by his peers.
Pierson currently lives in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife, Alyson, and his 100-pound Labrador, Beau. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, hanging out with his little from Big Brothers Big Sisters, and attending sporting events.
